7 ¼” x 3/16” hand forged W2 high carbon steel with brut de forge finish, flat ground bevels hand sanded to 1000 grit then etched and polished to reveal a dramatic hamon. Handle: Natural Redwood burl with Gabon Ebony bolsters and liners, carbon fiber pins and a stainless steel lanyard tube has a Redwood burl and Ebony bead. Sheath: 6/7 oz. veg tanned leather with Redwood burl inlay, turned Ebony stud, and a dangler belt loop. The fire steel has a faceted Redwood burl and Ebony handle and a detachable sheath. |
