Blades: Santoku - 5 1/2" x 1/8" Paring Knife - 3 1/4" x 1/8" forged 1080 steel
Handles: Rosewood w/ stainless steel pins/bolsters and Bloodwood liners.
Cutting Board: Red Oak end grain cutting board w Bubinga ends, finished with beeswax. Cholla cactus and Rosewood feet
w/ Bloodwood spacers and stainless steel pins. Knife pockets are inlaid w/ rare earth magnets and lined w/ water resistant pig skin. The pig skin retention straps also serve to help lift the knives out of the pockets. The case is leather adorned
with a button similar to the cutting board feet.
